All our products are processed in state of the art manufacturing facility involving minimal heat and processing inorder to preserve its natural rawness. We meet most stringent export quality standards and most of our products meet the strict European standards. We are always available for our customers 24×7. In-case, you have received a broken, defective or damaged product, please reach out to the Customer Care Officer at 91-8716002217. All you need is to send us a small video of the packing and 4 photographs from all the angles. Either our executive will pick the product from you next day or in some pincodes you need to send the product back to us, and we shall be happy to refund you the courier expenditure.
Not all products are meant to be kept inside a fridge. But we highly recommend Shilajit, Saffron & Honey to be kept inside the lower compartment of a refrigerator to avoid unecessary exposure to sunlight, dampness & heat in hot and temperate areas.
