We gladly accept returns, exchanges, and cancellations without fail.
Contact us within 30 days of delivery
Send items back within 30 days of delivery
Request a cancellation within 2 days of purchase or before the item has been dispatched (whichever is prior)

The following items can’t be returned or exchanged
Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, we can’t accept returns for:

  • Food Items (after opening the security seal)
  • Edible Oils (after opening the security seal)

If a customer has to request a return/exchange means then he needs to send a mail to helpline@royaleorganics.com, or he may also dispatch a mailing letter to our official address. Then our finance and management team will analyze the issue and advise a favorable process.

Conditions of return
Buyers are responsible for return courier charges. If the item is not returned in its original intact condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.

Once cancellation/return is accepted, our finance team will coordinate the refund process with the respective payment gateway you used while placing the order. Please note the customs, duties, and levies (if it was applicable on the order) will not be refunded by us and you will need to ask your country’s government authorities for refunding the amount to you. We will share a copy of the receipt of the amount we paid to them on your behalf so you can claim the refund. You can send us a message at helpline@royaleorganics.com if you want the receipt.

Refunds are only processed after we receive the item(s) back.
